Safety Matters

We know that summer in Florida has some risks, whether it’s the heat, summer activities or hurricanes! 

It’s never too early to get ready for hurricane season.

Here are three tips to get you started:

1.    Build a kit. Check out how at this link.
2.    Trim your trees and shrubs, and clear out your gutters. 
3.    Know your insurance policy and purchase flood insurance if need be.

College Park is a welcoming unique, urban neighborhood nestled between Fairbanks Avenue to the North, Colonial Drive to the South, Highway 441 to the West and Orange Avenue as the Eastern border set around 287 acres of lakes including Lake Adair, Ivanhoe, Concord and Silver. 

Our eclectic and charming structures are the home of friendly neighbors, welcoming businesses and a neighborhood association fully led by volunteers.
