College Park is a welcoming unique, urban neighborhood nestled between Fairbanks Avenue to the North, Colonial Drive to the South, Highway 441 to the West and Orange Avenue as the Eastern border set around 287 acres of lakes including Lake Adair, Ivanhoe, Concord and Silver. 


Our eclectic and charming structures are the home of friendly neighbors, welcoming businesses and an voluntary neighborhood association fully led by volunteers.   From our family to yours, we invite you to explore all College Park has to offer! Join us!
