College Park is a welcoming unique, urban neighborhood nestled between Fairbanks Avenue to the North, Colonial Drive to the South, Highway 441 to the West and Orange Avenue as the Eastern border set around 287 acres of lakes including Lake Adair, Ivanhoe, Concord and Silver. 

Our eclectic and charming structures are the home of friendly neighbors, welcoming businesses and an voluntary neighborhood association fully led by volunteers. 

From our family to yours, we invite you to explore all College Park has to offer!



The College Park Neighborhood Association is a volunteer organization.

Our civic activities are funded by grants, donations and membership contributions.

Monday March 2nd, 7pm at the College Park Community Center 


Saturday in the Park 


Saturday March 14th 11 am to 10 pm

Dartmouth Park in College Park 


We will kick off the day highlighting a variety of entertainers from our local schools, churches, and local talent, including our VFW musicians!

Kids zone will have rides and games and bounce houses!
Many of our local talent will be selling their wares!

 

A portion of our proceeds will be donated to our local schools.
A few of our local professional artisans will also be on-hand to display and demonstrate their talents!

 

As the sun goes down the event will switch gears as local breweries arrive and will be present in our beer garden that will also include our first ever live bands.
Music from all genres will be played live for your enjoyment in the beer garden. Mugs will be available for purchase at the event.
We will have local food for purchase in the beer garden. 


Our headline band, Big Tiki and The Mai Tai's will regale us with awesome live music.
