Edgewater Drive is a unique community asset that has evolved over the past half century. In order to protect this asset and guide development in the future, the City's Planning Division has drafted a vision plan for the Downtown College Park area and Edgewater Drive corridor with the assistance of a citizen task force. We invite you to review the draft vision plan and attend the upcoming meeting.

This Municipal Planning Board considers changes to Edgewater Drive SubArea Policy and Zoning Overlay that are introduced in this article.
