Parenting fit Generation Run/Walk + Family Festival

 It’s that time of year and I am again reaching out to tell you about an event I would love for all of you, your friends and family to participate in on October 1 at the Winter Park Village. 

We had a great national series this year and are back in Winter Park for the series finals, bigger, better and with a new course. We will once again have a 5k (3.1 mile) Run/Walk, a Stroller Roll (non-timed for fun), a kids fun run, tons of healthy foods to sample, health screenings, live music and activities for everyone. I have attached an entry form and fact sheet  for more info.
