The Kerouac Project of Orlando ‘Marker Unveiling’ Ceremony 

The Kerouac Project of Orlando will hold an unveiling ceremony to commemorate the house’s recent introduction into the 

Florida Historical Marker Program on

Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 12 p.m. 

The event will take place at the Kerouac House (1418 Clouser Avenue, Orlando, 32804) followed by refreshments and tours of the residence. 

Bob Kealing — the journalist who first discovered the famed author’s house in 1996 while conducting research for a story commemorating Jack Kerouac’s 75th birthday — will speak about the significance of this designation and unveil the marker.
