COVID-19 Resources

This page contains information on COVID-19 Resources.

Information last updated 3-21-20.

For COVID-19 questions and concerns, there is the state hotline and Orange County also recently instituted a local hotline to support the state's efforts. Both numbers and an email address can be found by clicking here.

Also, both AdventHealth and Orlando Health have set up information lines (Advent: 877-VIRUSHQ; Orlando Health: 877-321-COVID) and websites to better serve our community.

As we receive more information about testing sites and information, we will share with our residents.

If you are in need of other services, please begin by calling the Heart of Florida United Way's 211 or visit their website by clicking here. They have set up the ALICE Recovery fund to begin to assist those experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic.

If you have lost your job, please visit the state's reemployment assistance page by clicking here.

Orange County announced that they are putting in place next week a rental and utilities assistance program. For those who may need this service, it can be accessed during regular weekday business hours by calling, 407-836-6500.

For our businesses, please click here for the Small Business Administration's Disaster Loan Assistance program and click here for Florida's similar program. This information and more can be found at the Orlando Economic Partnership's COVID-19 Business Resource Center.

If you see price gouging, you can report it by calling 866-9NO-SCAM
