Maury Road Beautification Project

  • 03 Oct 2009
  • 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Lee Middle School
Ten households along Maury Road are participating in the beautification project and over 25 stunning trees will be donated by the City of Orlando!

Now we need the community to help make this effort a great success.

Please join us and volunteer for the following duties:
  • Manage the information table and sign-in sheets.
  • Serve water, coffee and donuts to the workers.
  • Collect donated items for our Christian Service Center Food Drive.
  • Dig holes and plant the beautiful trees.
  • Water the new trees and spread the mulch
  • Take photographs of the day’s events.
  • Offer encouragement to your neighbors and join in the fun.

We will meet in the parking lot of Lee Middle School at 8:30 a.m. for coffee, donuts and camaraderie before we get to work.

Please bring non-perishable food items for our Christian Service Center Food Drive!

RSVP by Saturday, September 26 by email or by calling Craig M. O'Neil,  at 407-422-4300.

Special thanks to the city’s Green Up Orlando initiative
for making this beautification project possible.
