20th Annual College Park Historic Homes Tour

  • 14 Nov 2010
  • 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Throughout College Park (Check In at the Community Center)

The College Park Neighborhood Association is having its 20th Historic Homes Tour in 2010.

Where

This year it will be something different, a nice visit on the east side of Edgewater Drive.  We will be touring eight of College Park's most unique homes.  Included on the tour this year are two of the neighborhood's oldest homes, neither of which we have seen before.

When

The Historic Homes Tour will be on Sunday, November 14 from 12:30 PM until 5:00 PM.  Members of the College Park Neighborhood Association attend the tour for free as a benefit of membership.  Others pay $15 and senior citizens can participate for just $10.

Headquarters

The headquarters will once again be the College Park Community Center, where you must go to obtain your ticket and map.  Headquarters will be open from 12:30 until 3:30 PM. The College Park Community Center is located behind Princeton Elementary at 2393 Elizabeth Avenue.

Because the Community Center parking lot is small, we would like to encourage you to utilize alternative transportation methods.  If you come to Headquarters on your bicycle, Orange Cycle is offering free water bottles to the first 100 cyclists.

Volunteers

We always love to see you participate in the tour.  Volunteer to help--you could work just a few hours or more.  Offer your house to be on the tour.  Become a sponsor.  And on the day of the tour, go out and see what College Park has to offer!  Contact Jodi Rubin at 407-928-8620 for more information.
